Refund Policy

At RESCET™, we reserve facilitator time and prepare extensively for each session. Because of the intensive nature of this work and the limited number of clients we take, all payments are considered final once made.

Deposits
A nonrefundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your RESCET™ date. This deposit secures facilitator time and preparation and cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before your scheduled session. Failure to complete payment by that date may result in cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request based on facilitator availability. Requests made within 72 hours of your scheduled session—or a missed session—will be treated as a cancellation, and all fees will be forfeited.

No-Show Policy
If either party does not attend the scheduled RESCET™ session, all fees will be forfeited. Because this time is fully reserved for you, we cannot transfer fees to a future date.

RESCET™ Cancellations
We may postpone or cancel a session if we believe that continuing would compromise safety, voluntariness, or the integrity of the process (for example, in cases involving active substance use, coercion, or violence). In these rare cases, fees remain nonrefundable, as they cover preparation and administrative work already completed.

Extensions and Add-Ons
Clients who wish to extend their process may do so once at a discounted rate (75% of the original cost) if scheduled within ten (10) days of the final session, subject to availability. Payments for add-on services or expert consultations are nonrefundable once scheduled.

Force Majeure
If a session cannot take place due to circumstances outside anyone’s control—such as illness, natural disaster, or power outage—we will offer to reschedule within a reasonable time.

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these refund terms.
