​Lauren Grondski is the owner and founder of the Law Offices of Lauren Grondski, P.A., an Injury and Family Law Firm in Aventura, Florida. Since 2013, Lauren has represented clients in a wide range of legal matters, guiding them through life’s challenges with compassion, care, and expertise.

Lauren graduated from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center in 2012, Cum Laude. Lauren has dedicated her career to reshaping the family law experience. As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and trained Collaborative Family Law Attorney, Lauren advocates for resolving disputes outside the courtroom, ensuring privacy and reducing stress for families. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem, dedicated to protecting the best interests of children.
